This User Agreement and Disclaimer Page (this Agreement) states the terms and conditions under which you may use this Site (the Terms and Conditions). Labrador Financial Services, Inc., hereby referred to as "LFS", may revise the Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this Agreement.
Important: If you use this Web site, you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions. You are encouraged to read them carefully, as they have consequences regarding your use of this Site. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions. You agree that your continued access and use at this Site will bind you to any new Terms or Conditions.
Section 1. Use of Material. LFS hereby grants the user or browser of this Site (the User) a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license (the License) to download any documents and related graphics or other material displayed on this Site (the Materials), provided that (1) this is included therein, (2) use of the Materials is for informational, non-commercial and personal purpose only, (3) no Materials are modified in any way, (4) no graphics available from this Site are used separately from any accompanying text, and (5) all copyright and other proprietary notices are retained on the Materials. IN NO EVENT SHALL LFS OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON THIS SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) RESULTING FROM THE ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE AND THE MATERIALS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT LFS IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Section 3. User Submissions. Any communication, material or information (Communications) posted or transmitted to the Site via electronic mail or otherwise are and will be treated as NON-PROPRIETARY and NON-CONFIDENTIAL. By posting Communications to the Site, you hereby automatically grant LFS a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the Communications alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed, and to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers of sublicensees. As a User, you are responsible for your own Communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. You must not do the following things: (a) post Communications that are protected by copyright, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post such Communications, (b) post Communications that reveal trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner of such trade secrets, (c) post Communications that infringe on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others, (d) post Communications that are obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity, (e) post sexually-explicit images, (f) post advertisements or solicitations of business, (g) post chain letters or pyramid schemes, or (h) impersonate another person. LFS will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authority or court order requesting or directing LFS to disclose the identity of anyone posting such information or materials. LFS does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any of the Communications posted by other users or endorse any opinions expressed by Users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk. LFS does not screen Communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by Users. If notified of Communications which allegedly do not conform to the Terms and Conditions, LFS may investigate the allegations and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the Communications. LFS assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger or inaccuracy contained in any Communications posted to this Site. LFS has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or non-performance of such activities. LFS reserves the right to expel Users and to prevent their further access to the Site for violating the Terms and Conditions or the law and the right to remove Communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive.

LFS is not responsible for the content of, nor is aware of, all Third Party Sites that are linked to this Site. LFS is not responsible for the content of linked Third Party Sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such Third Party Sites. If you decide to access linked Third Party Sites, you do so at your own risk. LFS has not authorized the Third Party Sites to use any trademark, tradename, logo or other trademarked or copyrighted material of LFS. Section 6. Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LFS, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Materials or your breach of the Terms and Conditions. LFS shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.

The use of these images is prohibited unless specifically permitted by this Agreement or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations and statutes.
Section 8. User Information. LFS may use the information obtained relating to you, including your IP address, name, mailing address, email address and use of the Site, for its internal business and marketing purposes and may disclose the information to third parties for such purposes.

Section 10. Export Control and Related Matters. You agree to comply with all laws that control the export of products and information to not export or re-export the Materials to countries or persons prohibited under such export control laws.
